Our shipping policy:

Packaging:

PNW Campgear GO ships most campgear via FedEx in Washington and Oregon. Our team packs each order by hand with care and pride prior to dropping at FedEx. 

Shipping days:

We require 7-10 days to ship product in order for product to arrive 2 days prior to your camping trip start date. Call or email us if you have an urgent need for campgear as we may be able to expedite your order. 

Cancelling:

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund providing you do so prior to us shipping your gear. We understand your plans change.

Local Delivery available:

We offer 2 day local delivery in several zip codes in Snohomish County, WA. If you reside in one of these zip codes the option for local delivery will show at check out. For example Arlington, Marysville and Stanwood, WA. 

Rental Refund if gear is late:

If your order PNW Campgear GO items do not arrive 2 days prior to your camping trip we will refund your rental reservation providing you gave us the correct shipping address and trip dates. We want you to get out camping and have fun!

Apparel:

T-shirts and logo items will ship within 2 days of you placing your order providing items are in stock.
